3. Chickpea Salad
Chickpea is one of the most nutritious beans, these are rich in folic acid, iron, and protein. If you are on a diet, this is the perfect chickpea salad recipe for you. Soak chickpea overnight and boil for around 45mins and if you leftover boiled chickpea (you can use those). Take curd, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, and pepper and blend it together to make a paste. Add chopped onions, cucumber, and tomatoes. Add the blended curd, veggies, and lemon juice. Freeze it of you prefer chilled.
4. Watermelon Salad
A quick serving of refreshing watermelon salad with a nutty taste and hydrating ingredients would make you love the salad. You would want to include this salad in your daily diet, for sure.
