Carrots-3-4

Green Chilies-2

Salt-as per taste

Sugar- 1 teaspoon

Lemon Juice-2-teaspoon

Oil-1/2 teaspoon

Mustard Seeds- a pinch

Method:

  1. Grate the carrots in a bowl or a plate.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  3. Add grated carrot and salt. Toss it well.
  4. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix it well.
