  1. When cooking pakoras, koftas, or any type of fritters, add warm oil and a pinch of baking soda in the batter to make your dish more crispy.
  2. While making potato patties, refrigerate the mixture for an hour, the patties will turn out less oily and more crispy.
  3. To make the pooris or bhaturas crispy, add little rava(suji) or rice flour while kneading the dough.
