Ingredients:
Onions- 3-4
Fennel Seeds- 1 teaspoon
Onion seeds- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Red Chili Powder- as per taste
Turmeric Powder- 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice-1-2 tablespoon
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Method:
- Slice the onions.
- Add salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well with your hands so that the spices are evenly spread out in each and every slice of the onion.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add fennel seeds and onion seeds and as the seeds crackle, pour it over the sliced onions.
- Mix it well.
- Add lemon juice.
- The pickle is ready!
