Coriander Chutney

Grated Cheese

Bread

Method:

  1. Take three slices of bread.
  2. Spread the coriander chutney on one slice of the bread and sprinkle cheese
  3. Cover with the second slice of the bread.
  4. Spread bhaji over the second slice of the bread, sprinkle some cheese and cover it with the third slice.
  5. Spread Butter over the sandwich and grill or toast in the sandwich maker.

Method for Bhaji

  1. Chop potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, capsicum and add peas in a cooker and boil it for 10-15mins.
  2. Heat oil/butter in a pan and add chopped onions.
  3. Sauté onions till it turns brownish
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilies
  5. Once the veggies are done, mash it up properly.
  6. And add it to the onion mixture.
  7. Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and pav bhaji masala
  8. Simmer the flame and let it cook for 10-12mins.
  9. Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  10. Bhaji is ready!
